With more than 3,500 m2 of surface located in Italy, France, US and the UK and stock of 10,000 spare parts, our logistic centers are able to guarantee a fast service, 365 days per year, in order to reduce machine downtime caused by emergencies.

The 24-hour availability of technicians and technical parts in our warehouses ensure the quick resolution of any potential issue: BTS Biogas’ main goals are best performances and highest efficiency of our biogas plants!

In 2019 our plants operated with an average production of 98%, working for more of 8,590 hours per year. This data shows the high operational reliability thanks to the experience gained in more than 20 years of timely management of maintenance and assistance requests. In fact, we guaranteed support for over 33,000 hours last year.

Even in this period of serious health emergency BTS Biogas is close to the customer, the assistance activities continue both on field, safely and in compliance with the regulations, and remotely by monitoring systems installed in our plants.
